Most screen fights are about the surprise, not the screen.

A child mid-show or mid-level hears “off now” and it feels like something being snatched. This kit gives you the warning, the words and the next thing to do, and gives your child a reason to want the next thing.

Day 7

Silver badge and a Silver certificate with their photo.

Day 30

Gold badge, the secret Gold Mission and the Gold Screen-Free Hero certificate.

Questions

How do I get the kit after paying?

A download link is emailed to you within about a minute of payment. It also appears on the confirmation page straight after checkout, so you can start tonight.

I have two kids of different ages. Which one?

The parent pages work for any age, so choose the edition for the child you are most worried about. If you want the kids' pages for both, buy the second edition too, or email us and we'll help you pick.

Does this ban screens?

No. It is about predictable limits and calm screen-offs, not zero screens. The parent pages follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' approach of a family media plan rather than a single number of hours.

Do I need to print all of it?

No. Read the parent pages on your phone and print only what your child will use. The low-ink edition is there for when you do print.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is an educational guide for parents. If you are worried about your child's behavior, sleep, mood or development, please talk to your pediatrician.

What if it is not right for us?

Email support@plainlypress.com within 30 days for a full refund. You do not have to explain why.
